Our company has known a Japanese customer for nearly two years, discussed cooperation matters for a long time, and finally started to officially implement the project this year.
We communicated online before product production, and customers had came to China many times to participate in product discussions.
Every time we sent the product production schedule to the customer before die-casting the product, and then updated it in time. Before the product is made, the customer would plan to come to China and then conducted a full size inspection of the product, appearance and other issues.
Identify problems, discuss problems, and solve problems.


Because Japanese production technology could not meet the customer's product requirements, air leakage problems occurred, so the customer turned to Chinese production, which gave us an opportunity. We have also taken corresponding measures to address this issue. For product size, appearance, and air leakage problems, we performed mold improvement, jig adjustment, CNC, passivation, sandblasting, impregnation, etc.
Each time a certain quantity needed to be taken for air leakage testing, and Japanese customers would also supervise on site. After the first impregnation, some products still had air leakage problems, so we performed a second impregnation and finally achieved "0 air leakage". Because the entire process was carried out in this way, the price exceeded the customer's budget, so we went to the factory to negotiate the price and negotiated the price down.

Japanese customers visited China many times, and product problems were solved after many meetings and tests. The longest time was 8 consecutive days of meetings and product testing. At the same time, we also designed the packaging to prevent product damage. Air leakage testing will be conducted before shipment, and quality inspection will be conducted before packaging to ensure high-quality shipments. We will only send the goods out after the customer checks and confirms that there are no problems.
At the same time, the defective rate was also calculated so that customers could compare the data with that of another Chinese supplier. After comparing the data, it was gratifying that the Japanese customer said that our defective rate was relatively low and there were fewer air leakage problems.
After it stabilizes, we look forward to further cooperation.
