KAIYE is specialized in CNC machining, die-casting, stamping, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and Rapid Tooling. We cooperated with a European and American auto parts dealer. The customer is mainly engaged in the sales of high-end auto parts. The customer group includes well-known automakers such as Volkswagen and BMW. In order to meet the market demand for customized parts, the customer hopes to cooperate with us to produce according to the drawings provided by it.
The customer first submitted a preliminary design drawing to us and elaborated on the technical requirements and functional requirements for the parts. We communicated with the customer several times to ensure that we fully understood its expectations and confirmed the feasibility of production. After in-depth discussions, we proposed modification suggestions for some design details in the drawings to improve the durability and production efficiency of the parts. The two parties had positive feedback exchanges and finally reached an agreement and confirmed the final design plan.
During the production process, some NG items occurred, and at the same time, the customer asked us to speed up the production schedule due to changes in market demand. We first responded urgently, modified the mold modification drawings, and after the customer confirmed, we quickly adjusted the production plan and optimized the production process to ensure that the task was completed in the shortest time. Through close cooperation with the production team, we successfully met the customer's urgent needs.
After completing production, we conducted rigorous testing on the components, including strength, temperature resistance, and wear resistance. The test results show that all parts meet the customer's standards and perform well. We submit the test report to the customer in a timely manner to ensure product quality.
