Customizing high-precision machined valve flanges for Japanese customers

We are glad to establish contact with a Japanese factory. In the early stage, we gave a quotation based on the information and drawings provided by the customer. In further communication with the customer, our engineering team conducted a detailed review of the preliminary drawings. We had several discussions with the customer on some details in the drawings (such as the accuracy requirements of the hole position, the distribution of bolt holes, etc.) and put forward optimization suggestions. Including the material requirements, size specifications, pressure ratings and surface treatment of the flange. Through telephone, email and video conference, we learned about the customer's expectations in detail and confirmed various technical parameters. Especially in the accuracy requirements of the sealing surface and the bolt hole position, the customer emphasized the high-precision and defect-free production standards. After several rounds of design modifications and confirmations, the customer finally accepted our modification suggestions and adjusted the drawings based on our feedback. It ensures that the design plan not only meets the actual use needs, but also takes into account the feasibility and cost control of production.


In order to ensure that the product meets international standards, we provide customers with relevant quality management system certificates (such as ISO 9001), material certificates, production process flow and environmental compliance certificates before production. In addition, in order to enhance the customer's trust, we also provided relevant non-destructive testing standards and report samples to ensure that the defect-free inspection of the flange meets its strict quality requirements.


After reviewing the design drawings and related materials, the customer decided to make samples first. We started to produce samples according to the final design plan confirmed by both parties. During the sample production process, we strictly followed the technical requirements for processing, and each process was precisely measured and tested to ensure that each sample met the design standards. Near the end, the customer came to visit the factory in person. The customer conducted a comprehensive investigation of our production equipment, processing flow, quality management system and non-destructive testing equipment.

After the sample was completed, the customer highly recognized its accuracy and quality. In order to further ensure the reliability of the product, the customer requested a series of on-site pressure tests on the sample to simulate the use under actual working conditions.


After returning home, the customer received the final batch of valve flanges and carried out rigorous installation and use tests, and the results were very satisfactory. In particular, in terms of the sealing, pressure resistance and dimensional accuracy of the flange, the customer said that it fully met its project requirements.
