This time, we were fortunate to cooperate with a Swiss customer to develop a food-grade catering tool. The product manager was already known and in contact with us, so it saved a lot of time in communication and was very convenient.
We tried 3D printing and copying molds in the early stage, but found that they were not suitable for various reasons, and we were constantly looking for the most suitable materials. Later, we chose mold opening and high-performance food-grade PLA and TPU materials to ensure the safety and durability of the tools. We tried many degrees and finally found the right degree. One of the parts needs to be hung when used, and it needs to be guaranteed to have sufficient elasticity to open and close, but during the test, it was found that the product was not sticky enough with normal 3M glue, so we looked for a factory to customize the glue that fits the outer circle, and finally passed the test.
Through in-depth demand analysis and material selection, we successfully provided customers with an innovative, safe and efficient solution. The product is also sold normally in the market and has achieved good results. The Swiss customer expressed high satisfaction with the cooperation process and the final result, and hopes to further expand more product lines in the future.
