A few months later, these customers came to Guangzhou to participate in the exhibition and visited our company by the way. They had a good overall impression of us, then they sent us drawings and also accepted our quotation, and then placed a sample order.
The shell of the spark plug needs to have good high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and vibration resistance, and can adapt to the working conditions of high speed and high temperature environment of motorcycle engines. The customer specifically requires the shell to adopt aluminum alloy die casting process to ensure production efficiency and cost control, and meet strict quality standards. We use aluminum alloy (common aluminum silicon alloy) to manufacture the shell. Aluminum alloy not only has good thermal conductivity, but also has good corrosion resistance. It can effectively resist high temperature and chemical corrosion inside the engine and extend the service life. After die-casting, we use CNC machining to finely process the joint surface, threads and other precision parts of the shell to ensure the fit and assembly accuracy of each spark plug shell. In order to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the shell, we nickel-plated the surface of the shell. This treatment process further enhances the durability and oxidation resistance of the spark plug shell, ensuring that it can maintain excellent appearance and performance after long-term use.
After the sample is passed, the customer decided to purchase in batches. During the production process, we strictly monitor and test each batch of spark plug shells in accordance with international quality standards (such as ISO9001). Each spark plug shell is strictly inspected in multiple links such as high temperature testing, size testing, and corrosion resistance testing to ensure that it meets the requirements of Indonesian customers for high-performance motorcycle ignition systems. After quality inspection and packaging, the products are delivered to customers on time.
