Die-cast aluminum alloy
Low density, high specific strength, good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, good thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, and good cutting performance. Mainly used in automobiles, aerospace, engineering construction, electronics, power systems and other fields.
Die-cast zinc alloy
It has a low melting point, which can extend the service life of die-casting molds; it is not prone to mold sticking; it has good casting technology and can die-cast various complex and thin-walled castings; it has good electroplating performance; and it has good room temperature performance. Mainly used in automobiles, instrumentation, industrial electrical, household appliances, machine tools and other fields.
Die-cast magnesium alloy
Low density and high specific strength; has good rigidity and shock absorption; stable dimensions of castings; small heat capacity, non-stick type; and good cutting performance. It is mainly used in 3C products, high-speed rail cars and other transportation fields, aerospace, architectural decoration and other fields.
Die-cast copper alloy
Good mechanical properties; excellent electrical and thermal conductivity; small friction factor, good wear resistance; and good corrosion resistance. Mainly used in gears, pipe fittings withstanding sea water, valve bodies, ship parts and various castings with complex shapes.
Among them, aluminum alloys account for the highest proportion of alloys used in die castings because they are widely used in the automotive industry. In the future, with the further development of the technological level of the die-casting industry, the application scope of die-casting parts in new energy, aviation, aerospace, robotics and other industries will also be further expanded.
